Bertolotto grows with the acquisition of the Piacenza Gardesa. on December 30th 2020 the signing of the agreement that maintains plants and workforce.

The signing of the agreement is took place in Cortemaggiore (PC) on December 30 between Claudio Bertolotto and the representatives of Assa Abloy , the Swedish group leader in global access solutions, which since 2008 had owned the company.
Bertolotto SpA incorporates così the totalityà of the production of security doors in Gardesa, taking over the structure, the production plants, the buildings and maintaining the workforce. An operation that leads the Torre San Giorgio (CN) company to consolidate and expand its role of reference in the world of doors, completing the range of its products with the line dedicated to entrance security.
