The original project by Carlo Mollino, presented at the Milan Triennale in 1954 and never realized, is it was taken over by the Polytechnic of Turin and by the Comunità Montana Walser and completed in 2014.
L’ low-energy building, built according to the ; new and innovative technologies capable of eliminating the need for fossil fuel, looks like a suspended structure, which reinterprets the Walser tradition of the upper Gressoney Valley.
The design criteria see the architectural, structural, technological and plant engineering aspects as protagonists, rethought in line with the design criteria indicated by Carlo Mollino.
