The Parco Vittoria residential complex was marketed by Interimmobili S.r.l. This area belongs to the Italian history. In the early 20th century, this is where the first Alfa Romeo automobile plant was located. This has now been reclaimed and redeveloped.
Where once there was a production plant, you can now find luxurious houses and green areas, gardens and parks designed by Charles Jencks and Andreas Kipar to look like a large spiral.
